Our team is wholly made up of dedicated, unpaid volunteers who give their time freely to help the dogs in our care.
We aim to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible but if we are unable to respond immediately, we would ask for your patience as it is likely our volunteers are busy dealing with rehoming and existing queries.
We’d be grateful if, when contacting us, you would kindly bear in mind
that many of our volunteers also have work / life (and
Labrador) commitments of their own which mean they are
not always able to respond immediately to your enquiry
and may contact you outside routine office hours.
