Charity Collection Days

We have been given the opportunity to collect money for our funds on 3 Saturdays in November & December.  All events run from 10:00am-4:00pm.  We need help running these events, if you can spare an hour at any of the events please Contact Us.  The first event is on Saturday November 5th at Jollyes Meadowhall Retail Park, and the other 2 events are at Pets At Home Wadsley Bridge on Saturday December 10th and Saturday December 17th.  

 

Jollyes Collection Day Saturday November 5th

Thank you to everyone who supported us.  Special thanks goes to Cat at Jollyes for allowing us to hold the collection day, and also the helpers who came along to assist on the day, as well as all of the gorgeous dogs that undoubtedly drew in all the crowds.  Thanks must also go to Gill for providing the photos below.  Even in these difficult times we managed to collect £180!  Click on a photo to enlarge it, use the back button to return here.

 

Wakefield Dog Walk

Katie and Josh Webster have kindly organised a dog walk for us in Pugneys Park, Asdale Road, off Denby Dale Road, Wakefield, WF2 7EQ on 25th September 2011.  The walk will be round the larger lake. One lap round the lake is 2 miles and you can do as many laps as you like. You can complete the walk any time between 9am and 12 noon. If you would like to do the walk, but don’t think that you can raise any sponsors – don’t worry as we will still be pleased to see you!

A big "Thank You!" goes to Viovet who have donated treats and toys to give out to the dogs who do the walk.
